I want to focus my trend paper on the focus of home-based health care. Example: home care, home physician visits, medical websites, etc.

Excellent choice for your trend paper. Some ways to start looking at this is by jotting down or blogging about the marketing relationship of this trend (the product offering itself is changing, the distribution of the product is changing, etc).
